BTCCSquare news:

MoonPay has introduced "MoonPay Agents," a non-custodial infrastructure enabling AI systems to autonomously manage crypto wallets and execute transactions. The tool eliminates human intervention once identity verification and funding are completed, allowing AI agents to trade, swap, and transfer assets across chains.

Intercontinental Exchange, parent company of the NYSE, is reportedly in talks to invest in MoonPay at a $5 billion valuation. The AI agent market, projected to reach $236 billion by 2034, could see accelerated adoption with such integrations.

CEO Ivan Soto-Wright positions the product as critical infrastructure for the next phase of crypto adoption, where AI systems require seamless on-chain interaction. The launch underscores growing institutional interest in merging AI and blockchain technologies.
